My verification code hasn't arrived
Codes come from no-reply@beanthere.uk and usually land straight away. Check your spam folder, or request a fresh code in the app.
I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We'll email a six-digit code that works for an hour.
A drink didn't add a bean
Email us the date and roughly what time, and we'll add it for you.
How do I change my email?
Go to Settings › Account Settings › Email. We'll send a code to the new address to confirm it.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete it from inside the app, or use our delete your account page.
